Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Territory Manager with sales activities.
- Promoting and selling VNR Seeds’ high-quality seed products to farmers.
- Providing technical guidance and support to farmers on crop management practices.
- Conducting field demonstrations and trials to showcase the effectiveness of VNR Seeds’ products.
- Building strong relationships with farmers and distributors in the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of B.Sc. (Agri) or a diploma in Agriculture.
- 1-2 years of experience in the agricultural sector (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for agriculture and a desire to learn.
