Who We’re Looking For:
- Seed Industry Experience (Preferred): Candidates with prior experience working within a seed company will be given preference. However, we are also open to applications from highly motivated recent graduates (B.Sc. in Agriculture) eager to launch their careers in the seed industry.
- Agricultural Knowledge: A strong foundation in agricultural science is essential.
- Communication & Relationship Building Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Target-Oriented: Driven to achieve sales and marketing goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Promote and sell Sunshine Crop Science’s high-quality vegetable seed products in the assigned territory (Kanpur, UP).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and agricultural institutions.
- Identify and address farmer needs and provide technical support.
- Collect market data and customer feedback to drive strategic decision-making.
