A well-established Agrochemical company is urgently seeking a dynamic Regional Manager (Paddy Belt Incharge) to join their team in Jalandhar (PB).
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating a team to achieve ambitious sales targets within the assigned paddy belt region.
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.
- Building strong relationships with key distributors and dealers.
- Providing technical expertise and support to customers.
To be successful, you will need:
- A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in field sales & marketing within the Agrochemical industry.
- A B.Sc (Agri) degree or equivalent qualification.
- A strong understanding of the paddy belt market and its dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
