Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Seed Professional: You must have prior experience working within a seed company (freshers will not be considered).
- Agricultural Expertise: A B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Agriculture is essential.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Territory Manager role or similar position.
- Strong Communication & Relationship Building Skills: Ability to effectively build relationships with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Target-Oriented: Driven to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage assigned territories (Balrampur, Behraich (UP), Surajpur, Bemetera (CG)) to promote and sell seed products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and agricultural institutions.
- Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect market data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.
