The Opportunity:
This is an urgent requirement for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of the agricultural sector. You’ll be responsible for:
- New Territory Execution: Spearheading market expansion by venturing into new territories assigned to Kaithal,Bhiwani, or Jhajjar.
- Sales Promotion: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Product Promotion: Conveying the value proposition of Lupeen Agro Chemicals’ products to potential customers and building strong relationships with farmers and distributors.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven B.Sc. Agri degree or graduation in a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar sales or territory management role within the agricultural industry (experience at the company HQ is a plus!).
- A demonstrably successful track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A genuine passion for agriculture and a desire to contribute to the success of farmers.
