Who We’re Looking For:
- Regional/Area Manager: Graduate degree, preferably in Agriculture. Prior experience in sales and marketing within the agricultural industry is essential.
- Sales Officer: Graduate degree with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the seed industry is preferred.
Desired Qualifications (All Positions):
- Passion for Agriculture: A genuine interest in the agricultural industry is a must.
- Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively convey information and motivate teams.
- Target-Oriented: Driven to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations.
- Technical Knowledge of Seeds: Understanding of different seed types and their applications is a benefit (especially for Regional/Area Manager roles).
