If you possess 1-3 years of experience selling vegetable seeds in a company headquartered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh,then this exciting opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Achieve ambitious sales targets for assigned territory within Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers.
- Promote and sell TUHUM Biotech Seeds’ vegetable seed portfolio.
- Provide technical guidance and support to farmers on vegetable seed selection and crop management practices.
- Collect market intelligence and feedback to drive strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar sales role within the vegetable seed industry, preferably in a company headquartered in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- A target-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Passion for agriculture and a strong understanding of the vegetable seed market.
- Possession of a two-wheeler in good working condition.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone.
