IFFCO-MC, a leading name in crop science, has an urgent requirement for a motivated and qualified Market Development Associate (MDA) to join their team in Hoshiarpur.
What you’ll be doing:
- Promoting and selling IFFCO-MC’s crop protection and nutrition products to farmers.
- Providing technical guidance and support to farmers on crop management practices.
- Conducting field demonstrations and trials to showcase the effectiveness of IFFCO-MC products.
- Building strong relationships with farmers and distributors in the assigned territory.
What we’re looking for:
- A B.Sc. degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field within the agriculture sector (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for agriculture and a desire to help farmers succeed.
